The Day Before Friday

Yesterday as a day was terrible....however I didn't do terrible on food after work which is good. I had a bagel w cream cheese for lunch and dinner was my favorite chicken enchilada with tomato soup. I ate about half the number of chips I usually do with it, and was able to stop when I was full instead of stuffing myself like I usually do with that meal (since it is my favorite). Did not eat anything else the rest of the night....

Felt okay after the run, my lower back hurt...so massage today maybe? My mom says if I exercise she will pay for my massages :)


Not too sore today which is good :) and started off the day with a bowl of honey bunches of oats...yes I was up early enough to eat them! Amazing. I've been monitoring my sleep so that should be interesting to see how that's working. I don't get very much sleep. I seem to have this subconscious thing where I find things to do up until around 11 pm before I force myself into bed and my morning alarm is set to wake me up during my lightest sleeping between 5:15 and 5:45. Which at the most is less than 7 hrs assuming I fall asleep right away. I'm going to try going to bed at 9 tonight and see what happens :)
