Have raspberries for snacky type foods and more tomato soup for lunch.
I've found out that I tend to fail after work so that's when I need to start paying super close attention to what I am eating. When I'm at work...I only have so many options of things I can eat. On the way home, the possibilities are pretty much endless. Taco Bell happened on the way home yesterday and after how bad of a day it was...I ate too much.
Also....no more Girl Scout cookies. I apparently can't control myself around them!
I was about to say "here's to hoping today is different" but that's my problem...I can't just hope. I have to actively DO something about it. Today is allergy shot day so exercise is out of the question..so gonna have to focus on my food intake.
These idiots are the best diet plan ever :)
